It may be that the coil is not inserted correctly. When inserting the coil, the two ends of the coil should be aligned with the top and bottom of the cartridge.

The 0.5Ω coil can support 3.3V& 3.8V, does not support 4.8V, only when the coil resistance is above 0.5Ω can support all three voltages.
